Police launch investigation into suspicious death

POLICE have launched an investigation following a serious incident on an area of park land in Willenhall overnight.
Officers were called to the location, between Villiers Street and St Anne's Road, at around 12:30 this morning.
A man, who has not yet been identified, was found dead at the scene.
The death is being treated as suspicious and an investigation has been launched.
Four people have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A forensic examination is underway at the location and as a result St Anne's Road is currently closed between the junctions of Temple Road and Stringes Lane.
There will be a significant policing presence at the location throughout the day and officers will be speaking to local residents in order to address any concerns they may have.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in or around the park late last night is urged to call Force CID in Bloxwich on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
