Broadfield House Glass Museum is running another of its popular tea and talk sessions this month, this time with celebrated local historian Graham Fisher MBE.
The tea and talk session on Wednesday 25 January is led by historian, author and broadcaster Graham Fisher who will be entertaining and informing visitors during his talk on Cameo Glass.
Broadfield House Glass Museum which is famed for its excellent collection on cameos is hosting the event which runs from 1.30pm - 2.30pm and costs just £1.90 per person, including tea and biscuits.
Councillor David Stanley, cabinet member for environment and culture, said:
“These talks are always really popular and it’s great to have someone as knowledgeable and engaging as Mr Fisher coming along to share with us the story of cameo glass. I hope that local people of all ages drop by to learn something about the fascinating history of this specialist craft.”
