As many of you are no doubt aware, there are a lot of changes due to take place in the way our Social Services are run and dealt with, called Transforming Social Care. Are you aware of the changes? Do you know what the changes mean to you? Have you had experience of dealing with Social Services where some of these changes have been used and have you had the changes and options fully explained to you?
